🌐 Public Schools

We're happy to announce that you can now show some parts of your school for free and without requiring logging in to visitors.

The option is available in the Offers page.

This means you can now easily show the first lessons of a program as a lead magnet and ask your prospects to buy the complete course seamlessly for example.

💡 A note about Free Members:

A Visitor who tries to complete a step will see a pop up asking them to create a "Free Member" account so they can interact with the elements you configured as having Public Access.

As long as your "Free Members" don't have access to any specific Offer, they won't be counted in your School Member Limit.

🤖 AI Coach Memory, Custom Knowledge Files and Bring your own API Key

We've been working hard on improving the AI coach after you sent us your precious feedback.

AI Coach Memory: You can now configure memory datapoints that AI coaches will be able to remember, and share with other AI coaches after they've asked questions to Members in conversations.

Custom Knowledge: You can now add custom PDF or Markdown documents to add more custom knowledge to your AI coaches.

Bring your own API keys: You can now use your own API key for the AI coach via the integrations page.

If you're using an OpenRouter API key, you'll be able to use several different models, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
If you're using an OpenAI API key, you'll only be able to use ChatGPT models.

New pricing: After hearing your feedback, we have updated the AI coach pricing to being message-based so it's simpler. You can see it on the AI coach page!

If you already are using the previous pricing model for the AI coach, please reach out to us and we'll help you change your AI coach to the new pricing.

💭 New Quiz Improvements

2 new types of quiz questions: Quizzes can now include Drag & Drop or Fill in the blank question types, this is helpful especially for language-learning courses!

You will just need to add "{solution}" to the description of your question for these two new options to work.

Quiz export and import: You can now easily export and import quizzes with a CSV.

AI quiz generation: You can also now generate quizzes with AI based on your lesson transcripts.

📊 Conversation Polls

We made it easier to add interactivity and gather feedback in your private conversations with Polls.

🎙️Audio Recordings

You can now add audio recordings in a few clicks.

🔔 Better Notification Previews

You can now see a preview of what each notification will look like once sent when configuring your notifications.

Other minor updates

🎨 Design: The text editor icons have been improved.
✨ Member management: You can now see member activity and completion statistics in your admin dashboard.
✨ Milestone steps: For Milestone steps, you can now ask members to fill in text-based answers.
✨ Member management: You can now do bulk actions with members like adding them to an offer, removing them from an offer, or deleting them.
✨ AI coach: We added a bunch of improvements to how AI coaches process information in the background.
✨ Moderator management: Add read only setting to moderator program accesses.
✨ Notification: Added "Live replay available" & "Unresolved questions digest" notification control.
✨ Step correction: Improve UX of community posts linked to a step correction.
✨ Quizzes: Increased title character limit for quiz questions from 255 to 512.
🐞 Bug solved: Ensure that elements in the trash (Offers, Programs, Coaching types) are not present in the API / Make / Zapier.
🐞 Bug solved: Progression Caching issue when completing a new step.
