I’m seeing a real increase in engagement.
For example, I had a live session on Saturday and there were a lot of questions, even though no one usually wants to talk.
Having a forum helps a lot. They feel like they are part of a group.
In terms of design, it's really pretty and appealing, and it's super easy for me to see who's asked me a question and answer it.
In the community, people very quickly realize “ I am not alone in my journey”.
I think that every time I asked for a feature, it ended up in the roadmap right afterwards and was implemented fairly quickly. And that's got tremendous value.
The tool is really incredible, including the learner. Support is really helpful, doing everything they can to fix a problem, a great experience!
