### Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at any point in the billing section of the app in your school settings.

### Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your first payment and want your money back, simply email us at [support@schoolmaker.co](mailto:support@schoolmaker.co), and we’ll issue a refund.

### Are there any transaction fees from SchoolMaker?

No. If you use SchoolMaker to take payments with Stripe, you will only pay Stripe’s standard fees. We also have a Zapier integration if you prefer to add members via another payment system.

### Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try SchoolMaker free for 14 days.

### What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cards, processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the reseller and automatically handles your currency and applicable taxes.
